Job SummaryThe Leasing Manager reports to the Property Manager of an assigned apartment community for MAA and oversees all leasing, marketing and customer service activities.  Responsibilities include creative marketing to generate a pool of prospective residents; customer relationship management to capture and maintain data on prospective residents; leasing apartments to prospective residents and providing training to leasing staff.
