The Senior Analyst will have an immediate impact on strategic enterprise initiatives, overseeing project management, and communicating objectives between departments on behalf of the CEO. The Senior Analyst, Office of the CEO, will focus on Enterprise-wide initiatives, and provide support directly to the CEO's Chief of Staff.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversee select daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of tasks such as reviewing/drafting reports, pitch decks, and presentations; planning and coordinating meetings involving key stakeholders and decision-makers; and researching, benchmarking, and analyzing data to make informed decisions.
Assist in overseeing the effective operations of the Global Investment Committee and Executive Committee, including ensuring timely and high-quality presentation materials and productive meeting cadences.
Lead and support in special projects that align with the organization's strategic initiatives, particularly in areas at the request of the CEO and other Executive leaders.
Identifies, investigates, and supports in strategic investment opportunities on behalf of the enterprise's Strategic Opportunities Committee, and assists in preparing financial, market, and other documents required for new business pitches and investment opportunities.
Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations and help to define new operational strategies.
Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation; including, as needed, planning and execution of internal and external communications related to internal/external/partner speaking engagements, to ensure successful and impactful use of CEO's time.
Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications.
1-2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting experience with a preference towards those with a demonstrated interest in real estate.
Strong financial modeling and extensive experience building presentation materials.
Produces work in high quantity and quality.
The position can be based in Charleston, SC or New York, NY. Greystar offers a competitive salary and benefits.
The salary range for this position is $90,000-$125,000
Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
