Cushman and Wakefield are looking for an enthusiastic individual to represent them as a Front of House Receptionist at one of our Client sites. Your responsibilities will be to deliver a first class Front of House experience, welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. As a Receptionist you will be providing a safe, seamless and integrated service within the building. You will work along side the security and workplace experience teams as the initial touchpoint upon client and guest arrival. Your Main Responsibilities
Welcome all Occupiers & Guests to ensure their arrival and departure experience is genuine, friendly and efficient
Ensure all calls (internal & external) are answered, transferred/forwarded promptly and professionally
Deal with any queries from Occupiers/Guests and offer assistance in resolving issues.
Ensure to monitor, action and process any emails on the company email account
Maintain and submit monthly site reports as specified for your respective site
Liaise and assist with the coordination of Building contractors and and have an awareness of works being carried out within the building
Report any relevant information and issues to Front of House Manager and designated Facilities Management team
Ensure that all temporary and flexible contracted team members have been trained to Cushman and Wakefield Front of House standards and specifications
Create rapports with Occupiers/Guests and maintain excellent professional relationships
Ensure that all Front of House areas are well presented, clean and tidy at all times
Log any Building Faults/Issues with the Cushman & Wakefield Helpdesk
Carry out any administrative tasks assigned including financial data management
Categorizing post/couriers and delivering to Occupiers/Guests where needed
Ensure all Visitors/Guests are signed in
Assist Occupiers/Guests with Concierge services like restaurant reservations & local recommendations, transportation arrangements, dry cleaning pick up and drop off
Provide ad-hoc administrative assistance to the Building Management team as and when required
This role is pivotal in ensuring a positive first impression and that the client and visitor workplace journey is memorable and effortless.
