Job Qualifications
**Revenue Management Experience is a plus**
 The Performance Analyst will provide support and direction to the Operations team and oversee property marketing and pricing performance. Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer. Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner
Overview:
Partners with Regional Managers and Community Managers to prepare annual performance strategy.
Oversees a portfolio of 30-35 stabilized properties to review and accept daily rent pricing; serves as primary point of contact on marketing and pricing issues for select clients
Leads regularly scheduled bi- weekly calls with Community Managers and Regional Managers, monitoring revenue management and marketing systems and settings, making adjustments as necessary to meet ownership goals.
Reviews struggling assets to help determine deficiencies and make recommendations for programs, specials, advertising, pricing, and other areas that improve performance.
Completes and distributes monthly and quarterly performance reporting to clients and Operations.
Performs review of monthly exceptions and property performance; submits reporting in writing to operations and clients; creates strategies to improve performance; escalates struggling properties to leadership.
Participates in weekly departmental meetings in order to communicate strategies and develop corrective actions for troubled properties as well as discuss and resolve any issues that may arise
Maintains ILS
Continually trains for ongoing use of the tool during bi- weekly calls.
Trains and reviews RMW process for new Community Managers when needed
Directs marketing changes to Corporate Marketing Support
Ability to travel up to 20%.

Minimum Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelorâ™s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Revenue Management, Statistics or related program or comparable work experience
Minimum 3-5 years related experience
Ability to travel up to 20%
Strong computer/technology skills
Strong attention to details
Outstanding communication, facilitation and presentation skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize work functions
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule:Â 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, or as needed to meet business needs.
