â¢ Oversee the M&E related services of the buildings and ensure they are in working order. â¢ Attend to feedback, complaints and requests from Client or other relevant stakeholders. â¢ Provide support to tenancy management on the technical aspect related to M&E systems. â¢ Prepare, review and update maintenance schedule â¢ Provide engineering and technical assessment in troubleshooting, identifying the appropriate causes, review and implement the appropriate solutions to resolve engineering issues. â¢ Supervise & manage sub-contractors carrying out the routine or reactive maintenance work. â¢ Be familiar with the use of the IBMS/BMS system, computerized maintenance management system, e-PTW system. â¢ Prepare cost estimates and proposal for ad-hoc works. â¢ Prepare incident report when required, utilities report, M&E reports for KPI meeting, etc. â¢ Attend monthly KPI meeting with Client â¢ Any other tasks as and when assigned by Supervisors or Client
