Continental Properties is looking for an Acquisitions Analyst to join our team of dynamic professionals at our Home Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. As Acquisitions Analyst, you will primarily support the underwriting and execution of real estate acquisitions opportunities in the multifamily sector. You will also work with brokers and lenders throughout the deal process from sourcing to closing on transactions. You will report to the Senior Finance Director.

Lead pipeline management efforts for new acquisitions opportunities
Screen and gather information on new opportunities based on target acquisition criteria and closely manage the pipeline tracker
Perform initial underwriting for review and discussion with the Acquisitions team
Participate in weekly deal review meetings and Investment Committee meetings with Senior Leadership
Be a secondary point of contact for brokers and lenders, and help source new relationships
Work with Investor Relations to help answer financial questions from investors
Skills for Success:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business; Real Estate and/or Finance majors preferred
Experience: 1-3 years of related experience
Skills: Ability to recognize financial implications of business decisions or strategies.
