As the Apartment Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals, in addition to building a trusted customer service-focused relationship with our residents.
Our Leasing Consultants interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve the property's maximum occupancy. Duties for this role include generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, and preparing lease documentation. You also can host and plan resident events and put your marketing skills to work.

We are looking for candidates with excellent customer service who love working with people. Previous experience in customer service/sales, retail, food service, or prior leasing experience is beneficial.
HS/GED required college is a big plus.
Weekend availability is required.
