The Program Manager oversees management of assigned programs to a successful conclusion, delivering a variety of strategic account initiatives and operational optimization solutions to the organization in a manner that supports our clients and delivers world class operational excellence.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Define scope and deliverables that support organizational objectives in collaboration with the project teams, steering committees and other stakeholders
· Develop project plans & timelines; participate in ongoing project planning activities to include schedule development, resource allocation, issue prioritization, risk management, communication planning
· Prepares agendas, develops and maintains master program budgets and timelines as required for each project.
· Lead timely resolution of key issues, decisions, escalations, and risks. Identify and track risks and response recommendations. Implement mitigation plans as needed
· Aggregates the individual project data into streamlined holistic program view to ensure overall program objectives and client needs are met.
· Facilitates program review meetings to review program project status. Collaborates with core team to develop standards and solutions for implementation.
· Advises and obtains the necessary approvals from the appropriate members of management of potential organizational changes, actions that might require additional commitments, and the need for expenditures in excess of approved budget.
· Identifies and manages program dependencies and critical path
· Remove barriers to success in a proactive and collaborative manner
· Makes certain program communications are consistent and appropriate for the size and profile of the initiatives
· Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders and teams. Participate in other project and program meetings as required
· Adhere to PMO guidelines and standard tools/templates
· Ensure that the projects are smoothly handed over to the business and Operational Support following a formal gate review process
· Ensure closure activities are completed. Facilitates and documents lessons learned
· Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
· 25-50% travel is required for this role.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelorâ™s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or equivalent required.
· 7+ years of related work experience required.
· Management experience required.
· Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. The compensation for the position is: $120,000-$140,000.
