We have an exclusive opening for an Asset Coordinator based onsite at Auckland Prison in Paremoremo. As part of our elite team, you will play a pivotal role in managing contracts and ensuring seamless operations, all while maintaining the utmost confidentiality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
You will be the mastermind behind managing, tracking, and optimising crucial assets within the facility.
Oversee the lifecycle of assets, from acquisition to disposal, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring adherence to confidentiality guidelines.
Implement asset tracking systems, enabling real-time monitoring and safeguarding against loss or misuse.
Conduct regular audits to assess asset condition, performance, and compliance with established standards.
Collaborate closely with facility management and maintenance teams to support asset needs and plan for future requirements.
Liaise with the Internal/External Asset Management team to update and maintain the Asset Management Plans as well as processing life-cycle claims.
Coordinate and secure BWOF compliance.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
A minimum of two years administration experience, ideally in a FM/AM environment.
The ability to work autonomously with minimal direction.
Proactive in identifying issues and recommending solutions.
Working knowledge of Asset Management software packages, such as JDE or SAP is highly desirable.
