Cushman and Wakefield are looking for a temporary Receptionist to join them on a 6 month fixed term contract basis. As the Receptionist, you'll be responsible for a variety of office and workplace environment duties. You'll be the âœfront lineâ and first point of contact for our visitors. You'll also provide administrative support services to the Site Lead and People Managers, along with the daily life of the office.
Establishing procedures for office maintenance, working with the landlord and contractors on facilities related issues.
Implementing procedural and policy changes for the office to improve operational efficiency, ensuring office policies and procedures are adhered to.
Support H&S Program initiatives including risk assessment actions, fire wardens, first aiders.
Managing office vendor relationships.
Coordinate local site/country communications, for example, contribute Irish content to the regional Newsletters, facilitation ofÂ local town halls and team meeting events.
Working closely with the site lead to support various initiatives, including planning and execution of internal events e.g. DLCCD events, Office Days, Town Hall Meetings, and Show and Tell Sessions.
Work with People Managers to arrange individual Team onsite and off-site events.
Administrate and control Mobile Network Accounts for Staff Phones, Support Devices, and Test SIMs, with a clear focus on controlling costs.
Be responsible for raising Purchase Order Requests on behalf of the Irish team.
Work closely with Accounts Payable to ensure prompt and consistent payment of invoices.
Provide Team Assistant support to senior leaders within Ireland.
Responsible for maintaining office supplies, food inventory, post and delivery services.
Other administrative and secretarial tasks in the office.
Support client's initiatives as and when required, e.g. Wellness campaigns and Â Green Team activities
To be successful in this role you will:
Have strong communications and networking skills, in order to develop relationships with both Office based and remote workers.
Strong administrative and procurement support experience
Action-orientated individual, who gets tasks completed in a timely manner
Have knowledge of clerical practices and procedures.
Have knowledge of business and management principles.
Have computer skills (Microsoft Office) and knowledge of other office software packages.
