Provides professional project management experience to designated projects
Interacts with client representatives onsite, receives direction and coordinates with them on project matters
Provides project update to the clients
Works in collaboration with the assigned account manager, facility management team, clients, owners and others
Prepare agendas, develop and maintain project budgets and timelines as required for each project and project phase to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met.
Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients from conceptual stage till project completion and handover to the clients
Coordinate with the consultants and construction teams as necessary for each project
