We require an experienced Carpenter to join our Penrose based Trades Team.
You will be working as part of a team, comprised of Plumbers, Electricians,
HVAC Technicians and our Building Maintenance crew ensuring our clientsâ™ facilities are maintained to a high level.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:
Carpentry trade experience.
Current NZ practicing licenses/registration.
Knowledge and commitment to Health and Safety.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to use a tablet/ipad for access to internal systems, emails and job allocation/management.

Health & Safety is a priority for Cushman & Wakefield and the successful candidate will be expected to have a good understanding of the H&S requirements and behaviours in commercial environment. Good personal presentation and customer service skills are also essential, as is a clean full driverâ™s license.
The successful applicant will be required to undergo a drug test, complete a Pre-employment Health Questionnaire and MOJ check. A criminal conviction review is also a requirement of the role.
