A Senior Director of Customer Experience will be expected to lead the development of new operating model(s) for the Firm. This leader and their team will be developing improvements to operational processes, technology, and on-site staffing models through the identification, prioritization, and execution of pilots to drive the creation of this new model. Leads a team of Customer Experience and Operations Process design team members to develop new processes, determine key success metrics, and determine pilot success through implementation. JOB
