Overview:Up to $1,000 in sign-on bonus + apartment discount. We currently have a Maintenance Technician opening at AMLI Buckhead, our apartment community mid-rise in Atlanta. As the Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for maintaining the efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds. Duties include:Monday - Friday schedule with on-call rotation every 6 weeks. Perform general and higher level maintenance service such as: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc. Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.Be available to work on an on-call basis, including weekends and nights.Conduct inspections as required, per policy
