The ITSM Manager ensures the Company's technology services adheres to Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Standards and best practices. The ITSM Manager is the owner of all ITIL processes and is responsible for the creation, training, performance tracking, and reporting of these processes. This role will work across all functional areas within IT to ensure processes are implemented, followed and aligned with business needs and will ensure continual improvement of service management policies and processes.
