Job TitleSenior Building OperatorJob Description SummaryThis position is expected to be primarily responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, repair and efficient operation of all tenant specific building systems and business critical equipment. The Senior Building Operator will be expected to coordinate and complete all tenant specific requests in a timely manner and close tickets by deadlines, assign priorities, delegate to appropriate vendor, if required, and follow-up on completion.
