The Compensation Specialist reports to the Compensation Manager and provides analytical and project administration support by preparing salary survey submissions, job descriptions, and pay analyses. The expected duration of the temporary assignment is up to six (6) months. The successful candidate will embody and work to reinforce MAA's Core Values.
