The Product Owner is responsible for owning either Greystar's CRM platform or Resident Mobile App within a multi-year strategic transformation of the core business model which includes developing new digital tools to improve property profitability. This role will be closely integrated with the Customer Experience, Innovation, and Technology Delivery teams to drive forward the program and will involve working with the Customer Experience, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to develop the CRM platform.
