Job DescriptionPROPERTY NAME: Corporate Office - Maitland, FL Job Summary:The Financial Compliance Analyst is responsible for fulfilling external audit requests from CPA firms as well as performing accounting-level and property-level internal audits. The position works closely with the Accountants, Property Managers, Regional Property Managers, and external auditors, and may take direction from the Controller or Vice President of Client Reporting. A successful Financial Compliance Analyst ensures prompt responses to independent audit inquiries as well as the thoroughness of internal audits.
