The Director, Construction is responsible for overseeing Greystar development projects that are being built by a third party General Contractor to ensure projects are kept on-schedule and on-budget. The Director, Construction will act as a liaison between Greystar, the General Contractor, and the Owner of the project. Proven leadership capabilities are required, with the ability to lead, manage and coordinate all phases of large projects from preconstruction through to completion.
